          1973 PCL was incorporated as a private limited company for the business of ship chartering and broking, servicing the Kuok Group's shipping requirements.
          1984 A Malaysian shipping arm, Pacific Ship-Managers Sdn Bhd was established
          1987 Pacnav S.A. was established offering shipping freight and services focusing on the Mexican, USA and South American markets.
          1990 Listed on Stock Exchange of Singapore in July 1990.
          1992 PCL opened its Melbourne office to explore shipping opportunities in Australia.
          1995 Malaysian Bulk Carriers Sdn Bhd (MBC) was established as a joint venture between PCL, Malayan Sugar Manufacturing Company Berhad and Global Maritime Ventures Berhad.
          1998 PACC Container Pte Ltd was formed to operate a container feeder and breakbulk service.

          PCL was privatised and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuok Singapore Ltd.

          A London office was established to cater for ship management and commercial needs in Europe.

          2003 MBC was restructured and listed on the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad (now known as Bursa Malaysia).

          PCL group acquired PSA Marine Pte Ltd's offshore business comprising of Semco Pte Ltd, Maritime Pte Ltd and several ship owning companies, augmenting the Group's offshore marine support services business under PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd.

          A Connecticut office was established to service clients in the American market.


          PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd was listed on the Singapore Exchange and is now held directly under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
